Assurance Tire and Service

Really good experience here. They got my tire and vehicle inspection done quickly and were easy to work with. Everyone was friendly, explained everything they checked, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It’s nice finding a place that’s honest and makes the whole process simple. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone who needs an inspection or tire service.

were very nice on the phone but quoted me 574$ for solely a battery replacement. I figured it was because they didn’t take me seriously or didn’t think i’d ask if that was a reasonable price. ended up taking it down the street and got it done for 250. They also charged 82$ just for the diagnosis of “you need a new battery”. Thank you for jumping my car after that, I do appreciate the labor always.

I've been getting my car fixed here for years and love it. Honest well-intending people who don't push upsells. They do good work and get it done quickly. I can rely on them and their prices are fair. Really happy with this place and recommend!

I have come twice in the past year to have my car diagnosed, and each time the service technicians were informative, courteous, very understandable and down to earth. It is rare to find a car service shop who is this consistently trustworthy and who goes above and beyond to share the “why” behind issues, and not just hit you with unexplainable charges. If you live in the Raleigh/Durham/Morrisville, NC area. I HIGHLY recommend!

They are always able to get me in quickly and provide prompt service at reasonable prices. I think they are genuine and sincere! Recently I had my car serviced and replaced some rear rotors.
